- All cushion covers are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer.
- Please ensure all customisation details, including size, fabric, colour, and design, are correct before placing your order.
- Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), bank debits, bank transfers, and various digital wallets and alternative payment methods.
4. Production & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion after reviewing the issue.

- While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur due to material differences and screen display settings.
- We are not responsible for minor discrepancies that do not affect product functionality.
